Crombeen's hat trick fuels Iowa win

Lake Erie at Iowa

B.J. Crombeen scored three goals as the Iowa Stars beat Lake 7-3 in Des Moines Tuesday for their fourth win (4-1-1) in the last six games.

Iowa is now 30-30-4-2 on the season and is seven points out of a playoff spot with 14 games remaining.

James Neal and Chris Conner both had a goal and an assist and Perttu Lindgren and Francis Wathier scored goals as well. Tobias Stephan stopped 22 of 25 shots.
