The Iowa Stars' bid to put together a
three-game winning streak on the road fell short Sunday afternoon. Iowa
lost 5-3 in Rochester, dropping the Stars to 28-30-3-2 on the season.
Iowa remains eight points out of a playoff spot with 17 games remaining
on their schedule.
Konstantin Pushkarev, Toby Petersen and
Perttu Lindgren scored goals for Iowa, which also got two assists from
Chris Conner. Tobias Stephan stopped 28 of 33 shots in taking the loss
in goal.
