Prospects update

Here's a statistical update on
Dallas Stars prospects playing junior hockey in Canada and the
U.S., and those playing in college and Europe.
Notes
-
Center Austin Smith's Penticton Vees
have advanced to the BCHL championship series. Smith has five goals
and seven assists in 11 playoff games so far.

G Richard Bachman (Colorado College)
and RW Matt Watkins (North Dakota) are the two prospects playing in
the NCAA Hockey Tournament, which gets underway this weekend.

Defenseman Trevor Ludwig, who just
wrapped up his career at Providence, has signed an amateur tryout
contract with the Iowa Stars of the AHL.
