NHL Draft: Update 2004 & 2005 picks

Tuesday, January 17, 2008

Here's an update on Dallas prospects selected in the 2004 and 2005 NHL drafts who were not under contract with the Stars for the 2007-08 season.

These players were in U.S. colleges or were playing in Europe. Those in Europe should have been signed by June 1 under the CBA, but there status was up in the air because of a lack of a transfer agreement between the NHL and IIHF.
