Wisniewski hit on Seabrook

Expect this hit to get a lot of attention tomorrow. It’s from tonight’s Ducks-Blackhawks game. Ducks defenseman James Wisniewski takes out Brent Seabrook after a Seabrook hit on Corey Perry.

On a side note, Ducks announcer Brian Hayward apologized later in the broadcast for wondering if Seabrook was “selling it.”

The commentary by the Anaheim crew was almost as bad as the hit.  Seabrook did not hit Perry in the head, and it’s kind of hard to sell an elbow to the face.

Brian Heyward, the Ducks announcer, apologized for the “selling it” comment later in the broadcast. I added a comment to the blog post.
