Quick Stars-Capitals thoughts

Quick thoughts on tonight's game. I won't say it's the biggest win of the year because we don't know what's ahead and there's a lot of hockey to play, but that was big. Really big. Marty Turco was sensational, making a regular season career-high 49 saves. Coming back from down 2-0 in Washington to win should be a big confidence boost moving forward and confidence can do wonders for a team. Still a long ways to go, but this is a step in the right direction. We'll see what happens in Buffalo Wednesday night. Commenting is not available in this weblog entry.
