The preliminary round at the World Championship ended Wednesday with Sweden staging a thrilling comeback win over the United States. The Swedes rallied from a 5-2 deficit in the last half of the third period to force overtime and then won it in the extra session. Canada rolled over Slovakia 7-3 at the World Championship Tuesday, but Stars forward James Neal was injured just seconds into his first shift of the game after being cut near his eye with a high stick.
