About the Stars |

The Stars are coming off a 5-2 loss in

have allowed 5 or more goals this season.
"We need to cut down on our goals
against," Stars center Mike Ribeiro said. "It's been
like five goals a night we have allowed, and we can't
expect to score six goals every night."
The Stars are 2-4-0 on the road this
season. Marty Turco, who has not played the last two
games, will get the start Saturday night.
Injuries: C Brad Richards (lower
body) and D Doug Janik (eye)

About the
Bruins |
|
The Bruins (5-3-3) had their three-game
winning streak snapped with a 3-2 loss in Calgary on
Wednesday. Boston won two of three on the Western Canada
road trip, beating Edmonton and Vancouver by 1-0 scores
before falling to the Flames.
"Four points are good," Boston coach
Claude Julien said of the road trip. "But at the same
time, we don't want to win just two out of three. We
want to be greedy."
Saturday's game will be the ninth in 15
days for the Bruins. After playing eight of their first
11 games on the road, the Bruins play eight of 13 at
home in the month of November.
Injuries: F Chuck Kobasew (fractured leg)
is out.
