Here's a preview of Tuesday's game between the Dallas Stars and Minnesota Wild.

About the Stars

The Stars (24-20-11) had a five-game home winning streak snapped with a 4-2 loss to Phoenix on Sunday. It also snapped a two-game overall winning streak for Dallas, which has not won three consecutive games this season.

"It was a tough one to take," said Stars center Brad Richards. "We've been playing well at home, but we didn't play a full 60 minutes tonight."

Despite Sunday's loss, the Stars are 8-2-0 in their last ten American Airlines Center and 13-3-2 in their last 18 at home.

The Stars recalled center Warren Peters from Texas (AHL) on Monday.

Marty Turco will start in goal for the Stars. 

Injuries: LW Brian Sutherby (shoulder), C Tom Wandell (knee) and Mike Ribeiro (throat) are out.

About the Wild
The Wild (27-24-4) had a three-game winning streak snapped with a 5-2 loss in San Jose Saturday. Four of San Jose's five goals came on the power play.

"I think everyone feels we battled extremely hard," Minnesota forward Kyle Brodziak said. "You give up four power-play goals, you can't win when you do that."

The loss was the sixth in the last seven road games for the Wild.

Injuries: G Niklas Backstrom (back) is questionable. C Pierre-Marc Bouchard (concussion), RW Chuck Kobasew (knee) and D Clayton Stoner (groin) are out.
